[Noisebridge-discuss] nb-mediation - a list to seek mediation at noisebridge

Correct me if I'm wrong -- we're also intending this list as an entry point
for those *seeking* mediation, right?

As in the following hypothetical enactment:

Q: "Hey! I shouldn't have been asked to leave! What should I do?"

A: "Well, hypothetical person, you should write a letter to
nb-mediation at lists.riseup.net and state that you were asked to leave by
[other person], and you would like to pursue mediation to resolve the
misunderstanding."
