Dear Noisebridge community,

As some of you maybe remember, I’m a french sociologist. I spent a lot of
time in Noisebridge in 2011 and 2012 to share your hacking experiences and
to make interviews. I also met people in the other hackerspaces of the Bay
Area (Ace, Hacker Dojo, BioCurious, etc.).. As I told the Noisebridge
community when i was in SF, my aim was to write a book on the
hackers/makers of North California. The book is now completed and will be
published next week in France ((http://www.seuil.com/livre-9782021190496.htm).
A significant part of the book is dedicated to Noisebridge. As I promised,
the interviews are anonymous. Even though, unfortunetaly, the book is
written in French, I’m going to send you copies next week. If you can
understand a little bit the french language, I’ll be happy to get your
reaction, Anyway I wish, once again, to thank all of you for the good time
I spent in Noisebridge. Long life to your community !

Best

Michel Lallement
