0. Figure out what we need

1. Make sure the donate page is working (has buttons for the
appropriate donation forms), I think it is but make sure

2. Post to -discuss giving the financial details and setting out a goal
(total one-off donations, total increase in monthly donations, with a
target date ~1mo in the future)

3. Post to @noisebridge and other social media, linking to the donate
page and the details email saying that we need to raise funding

4. post to -announce saying the same thing

5. Post updates with progress towards the goal

6. Ensure that everybody who thinks they are donating, is actually
donating -- check all the reocurring donors from the last 2 years and
see which ones Paypal has silently cancelled (have not donated in the
last 2 months).  Send a nice email to the ones that seem to be cancelled
letting them know that it happened and giving an easy link to fix it
