There should be a homesharing site that allows users to connect with
each other and work out arrangements and agreements independently.
That way, hosts can charge less while earning more. People can do what
they like, make money, make barter deals, make friends, make enemies,
make love, etc.

No surveillance, no government regulators, no politicized, arbitrarily
enforceable TOS, as with CS and BeWelcome.

Make it for and about individuals.

Problem is: I only know about front end development. Anyone else?
