[Noisebridge-discuss] Anyone have an altium designer license?

I'm trying to design a board with a Nordic NRF51822, but the reference
board layouts are only available for Altium Designer.

Was wondering if someone could convert it to Eagle or KiCad for me? I tried
some tools but failed pretty bad.

Alternatively, if anyone knows of a place you can go to use Altium that'd
be awesome.
