FWIW I don't think this means that we have to move off of slack. I think
this is just a generic upsell email that was sent, even though we currently
have a free non-profit account with them.

I'll double check, but I strongly suspect that we're good to continue using
slack in the meantime.

I think it'd be neat to explore using IRCCloud if at all possible. Would a)
mean we could use actual IRC instead of slack but b) retain the nice mobile
clients, and the web UI which folks have grown accustomed to w/ Slack.

I'll reach out to the IRCCloud folks to see if this is something that'd be
possible.
