web scraping tools.

If you use Python, BeautifulSoup
<http://www.crummy.com/software/BeautifulSoup/bs4/doc/>, and your noggin,
you can really easily disambiguate things. Bonus points if you use regex
for the string manipulation but IMO you could get by with the Python built
in string methods <https://docs.python.org/2/library/string.html>.
