as it turns out, mathertels DmxSerial
<https://github.com/mathertel/DMXSerial>Recv example works out of the box
w/Arduino 1.6.8 but my connection from DE to RE was loose. jerkey looked at
it and squeezed it and it started working!
w/DMXSerialRecv:
DE & RE are connected together & to pin 2.
RO is connected to Rx.
