My math club, SF Amateur Mathematicians, is going to be meeting at
Noisebridge! Keeping a venue has been a huge pain, so I'm hoping this can
be a regular thing here.
---
SF Amateur Mathematicians will be having a talk on differential geometry
and photography in Turing Room on Thursday, February 25.
SFAM is a math club open to everyone interested in learning more about
math. Topics and talks generally assume some collegiate mathematical
background.
---
We're mostly coordinated through Meetup.com, so please check out the Meetup
Event <http://www.meetup.com/SF-Amateur-Mathematicians/events/228761849/>
for more info. I did make a Noisebridge wiki page
<https://noisebridge.net/wiki/SF_Amateur_Mathematicians> for the group tho.
While I did talk/ask about this on the Slack, I don't yet have a
Noisebridge Member Sponsorâ„¢, so if you're a member and ya wanna endorse
this and put your name on it, that would probably be a good thing.
Cheers,
Brandon
