[Noisebridge-discuss] ham cram @ noisebridge?

Hey folks,

Scotty put forward the great idea of trying to organize a ham-cram event
at Noisebridge in the near future.

For the unfamiliar these events are a cram studying event for amateur
radio licenses followed by a test administered at the space. The
technician license is within reach of folks with same very basic
electronics knowledge and a small amount of study. The general license
class is a bit more complex, but you can still have a lot of fun with
just the technician license to begin.

I'm very personally interested in potentially organizing this but wanted
to first see if others would be interested in participating?

LMK and we can reach out to other radio groups in the bay area to see if
they'd be interested in an event that we host at the space.
