[Noisebridge-discuss] Custom power banks - Turnkey manufacturers?

Hello good people,

Does anyone know of turnkey manufacturers for those USB power banks that
actually has design resources to make modifications? I need a custom
connector and higher-voltage boost stage. I can design the power convertor
if they can do the mechanicals and manufacturing.

I've looked into a few outfits on Alibaba and they are all flakes/fronts.
IDEO is too custom.

Any suggestions are appreciated!
