[Noisebridge-discuss] Board nomination deadline

After some last-minute arm wringing, we have five people who have agreed to be nominated to the board.

* Torrie
* Naomi
* Nick P
* J
* Joyti

Since there are only five open board seats and five nominees, this election will essentially be non-competitive, but the Nonprofit Police say we have to have some kind of a vote anyway.

If you would like to contribute to this exercise, and you’re a consensed-upon dues-paying member of the space, send an up-or-down vote for each of of the five candidates in a sealed envelope to Noisebridge’s mailing address, which (please note) is different from our physical address.

2261 Market Street #235-A
San Francisco, CA 94114

Good luck to each of the nominees, and may we all forget the board even exists until next year’s election.

Best,
John

It probably makes sense to reach out to whoever you want to nominate before doing so publicly, since they may or may not be interested.
