Tomorrow Night, Thursday, July 13 at  20:00 will be the first Noisebridge
Exhibition and Ball Development and Planning meeting, It will be in the Fox
Lounge

If you would like to help make the Noisebridge 10 year Anniversary
Exhibition and Ball a reality, Please come help plan and work on it at this
meeting. Meeting will be in the Fox Lounge

The topics for this meeting will be:

1. How to promote this event?

2. A review of the preparation calendar.

3. A review of the expected content so far

4. A conceptual Exhibition and Ball walk through of the schedule and space.

4. Who can take on which preparation tasks?

5. What tasks should happen in the two weeks till the next preparation
meeting
