[Noisebridge-discuss] Company offsite at Noisebridge

Ruth,

All good by me. It's a good experiment. I wanted the numbers so Nbers could
judge for themselves what a company offsite would mean.  Half a day, whole
day?  30 people vying for the laser cutter? Sitting in Hackatorium, using
PA system to deliver company propaganda?

So long as the company knows there's going to be around non-employees who
are doing their own thing, who might be there to use the same equipment
-right?  Other maker spaces are more commercial, with schedules and fees
and stuff. Maybe that's what they're thinking of Nb?

Anyways, we should expect that they'll behave like any other typical Nber
-to be excellent.

On that note, here is a request- can you ensure that they get a copy of
Nb's safe space doctrine, and to read it before arriving?

I always expect the best of people, but they're an unknown quantity for the
rest of us. It could be awkward if they behave in ways we don't expect.  I
hope they're not brogrammers!
