Hi Tony,

All you (or anyone) need to get 24-hour access ("Philanthropist") is get one Noisebridge member to vouch for you by signing your Philanthropist form, and presenting it at a weekly Tuesday meeting.  If no one objects, you're a Philanthropist after you pay your agreed upon monthly fee.
