[Noisebridge-discuss] New to space, any RF electronics hackers around this week?

NB doesn't have any RF test equipment.  You can build tools which can be
used with an oscilloscope as needed, but your milage will vary.

You'll have to search YouTube/the web, Im afraid I can't help beyond the
above
