Hello!

My main contract fell through unexpectedly, thanks to internal
restructuring. I'm back on the market for a primary contract or job. My main
fields are web customer support along with web and software quality
assurance testing. I also have a background in hardware QC, content
production and management, and project coordination. But I'm mostly
interested in either support or testing at this time.

Can I break your products for you or do you need somebody to help your
customers figure out how to fix things? Or maybe you know somebody who needs
help with either one of those things? I've got a resume I can pass around to
those who ask.
