My company, kiva.org, is looking for a replacement for our sr.
sys-admin/dba/general ass-kicker. Text of posting below.

Notes on job:
- You have to be able to wear both the sys-admin hat and the dba hat.
srsly. Our site has a non-trivial db setup, so if you won't be able to
pick it up quickly, you will probably not be a good fit.
- Kiva is a pretty rad place to work. and only 3 blocks from noisebrige!

Systems Administrator / Sr. Systems Administrator

The Team:

Kiva.org is looking for a Systems Administrator to help us scale the
next generation platform for raising and moving microfinance capital
around the globe. You must be a savvy problem solver who can help us
conquer new performance and deployment hurdles as we discover them,
and should enjoy working in a startup environment (with all the
challenges and rewards that come with it).

The Job:
Ensure 24/7/365 operation of our website, www.kiva.org
Design, build, and maintain infrastructure that keeps pace with demand
Systems and network management
Monitoring, shared on-call duty
Apply expertise and ingenuity to automate administrative tasks wherever possible
Application deployment, including development and testing environments
Track, measure, and profile site performance and capacity
Backup and disaster recovery plans
All aspects of security
Thorough documentation and clear communication with other members of team
Your Experience:

3+ years working in a production environment for consumer-facing website
Expert-level knowledge of linux, apache, mysql, php
Experience with advanced techniques for scaling LAMP webapps
Experience deploying highly distributed or cloud computing architectures
Strong automation skills, ideally with a tool like puppet/cfengine
Attention to detail and excellent communication skills
Enjoy working with a diverse set of talented people
Self-motivated, with a history of doing things the right way
Passionate about Kiva's mission
