No apology needed!  We need more job postings, not fewer.

That was at least partly my fault -- the Jobs list is set up as
nonsubscribers-are-held-for-moderation to keep down the spam and noise,
but I try to approve actual job postings ASAP to keep the latency down.
I didn't notice that I was approving something that was already
re-posted.

I think Ani's intemperate outburst was completely inappropriate for the
list, and utterly out of scale to any reasonable level of offense to be
taken from your (minor) faux pas.  My apologies on behalf of our group;
we try to keep a more polite tone around here.
