Our consulting cooperative intends to lease a well-lit
1,000-square-foot office space above a fantastic coffee shop near the
corner of Addison St and San Pablo Ave in Berkeley.   The space is
bigger than we're likely to need for the first year, so we're looking
for excellent office-mates to help us bring down the cost in a
quasi-coworking model.

Pricing will range from approx $275/mo to $450/mo, depending on how
many people we get to share the space.   We expect to be able to fit
4-6 desks without feeling crowded.

Move-in planned for mid-April 2011.

We're planning to provide the following for each person:

  Or, we can port your existing number over.
  Either way, you can keep the number (at your expense) if you leave.

  Includes unmetered calling, subject to reasonable use policy.  (no
telemarketing. :) )
  Optional SMS integration with your instant messaging client.
  Desk phone provided.
* Dedicated inbound fax service
  Faxes are emailed to you.
  You get your own dedicated number.
