Other strengths include: sketching and drafting, computer rendering, design thinking, sustainable building practices, promote invention and innovation, cross-disciplinary approaches to problem solving, inspire collaboration, interest in design for public purpose and service  learning. A love of high school students, flexibility and a sense of humor are required.
