[Noisebridge-jobs] Secure webmail image for Iceland cloud servers

I want to spend at least $400 towards development and publication of an
free and open source, noob-friendly turn-key webmail server image with
passphrase-based store encryption and forced ECDHE-RSA-RC4-SHA https
suitable for and tested on Greenqloud servers in Iceland. I realize there
are several design decisions with various tradeoffs, but after skimming

clear that the good has been severely neglected in pursuit of the
perfect.

So while I am familiar with more sophisticated efforts, I am not interested
I helping to fund them at this time.
