My firm wants to develop an android-based project that has a hardware
angle.  Specifically, we need to work with USB On-the-Go, with the phone in
host mode talking and listening to USB devices.  It's conceptually pretty
simple, but I think that the OTG portion is problematic, partly because the
devices aren't just HIDs and partly because the standard isn't complete.

I've already worked with one developer who has now flamed out, but not
before wasting a ton of time. So, at this point I need to engage someone
who can stick to a schedule and execute.

FYI, this has to be proprietary and will be done under an NDA.
