Information Security Analyst

Position Purpose: This position will plan and architect datacenter and
network recovery strategies and solutions, and plan and coordinate
disaster recovery (DR) and business continuity planning (BCP) plans and
testing.  The responsibilities are to evaluate, coordinate, and monitor
plans and activities relating to periodic disaster scenario testing in
the IT and business environments. This position will maintain and
support relationships with internal and external auditors, coordinate
collection of test results and provide those to auditors as required.
This position will also track audit issues pertaining to DR and BCP and
coordinate, plan, and project manage activities and projects related to
compliance with financial regulations.

Essential Duties:
Develop and revise DR related documentation to keep it up to date as
business and technology changes occur, including DR plan, runbook,
business resumption plan, and testing program.
Monitor and report to IT leadership, internal auditors, and external
auditors on DR and BCP readiness and test results.
Maintain and support relationships with internal and external auditors,
coordinate data collection during audits, coordinate the activities of
auditors and IT staff related to audits including collection, upload,
and explanation of documents
Coordinate, track, and project manage activities and projects related to
DR and BCP.
Coordinate DR testing.
Organize and publish documents relating to DR and BCP such as test results.

Qualifications & Experience:
Experience with disaster recovery (DR) and business continuity planning
(BCP) including test coordination
Knowledge of IT and DR terminologies. Familiarity with manual and
automatic test scripting procedures

Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Experience with DR and BCP planning and testing
Excellent communication skills as well as documentation and publishing
ability
Ability to compile and deliver persuasive reports at all levels within
the organization
Ability to create cogent, visually compelling reports for senior
management and strong, concise communication skills with a brisk writing
style; able to build a compelling and effective narrative
Ability to work with little supervision and consistently deliver results

Preferred Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Minimum of 5 years of security, compliance, and/or audit experience
Understanding of VM Tools,  VCenter,  VMWare server virtualization
technology, V-Motion migration tools.Familiarity with NetApp
integration, UCS implementation, mainframe disaster recovery.
Understanding of SRM implementation, policy configurations, recovery
plans.   CISSP, CISM, CISA, Security+ or other recognized information
security, project management, or audit certifications or accreditations
Previous experience in the financial industry
Experience in regulatory environments and knowledge of regulations such
as FFIEC and GLBA.
