I recently got back from a year in China helping with a very large
corporations' English language learning systems, and I'd like to get
back into the app business. I need to raise less than $100,000. The
market research firm Ambient Insight says the mobile electronic
learning market size is $5 billion and expected to grow 30% annually
for the next five years, but show that it has actually been growing by
at least 120% for at least the past four years.
