My client helps make every advertising moment more relevant for customers.

offers the full spectrum of video ad products and services, including
premium programmatic buying and selling and analytics that connect the two.

Currently I am conduction a search for:

   - App Developer
      - BS in Computer Science or related technical field or equivalent
      practical experience. ● Programming skills in Java and SQL. ●
Knowledge of
      UNIX/Linux. Scripting skills experience with perl, shell,
Python, or XML. ●
      Strong understanding of data modeling, system integration, development
      methodologies (including unit testing) and web technologies. ●
An interest
      in contributing to the full stack. ● Participation in several full system
      implementation life­cycles (analyze, design, build, test, implement,
      support). ● In­depth knowledge of operating systems (processes, threads,
      concurrency issues, locks, etc). ● Knowledge of HTML and Javascript. ●
      Intimate knowledge of TCP/IP, HTTP, DNS, OSI layers, and load
balancing. ●
      Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS).
      - DSP/SSP Expert
      - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a
      related field ● 2+ years of experience in digital advertising, preferably
      at an ad tech firm, demand side platform, or supply side
platform ● Strong
      understanding of the overall ad technology ecosystem (SSP, DSP,
RTB, etc.),
      ad servers, ad formats, 3rd party data, viewability, and other related
      products and concepts ● Demonstrated ability to understand
      technology/products and communicate key features in a concise,
      benefit­driven capacity ● Ability to establish and maintain effective
      working relationships with managers, employees, external clients, and 3rd
      party vendors ● Ability to meet deadlines in a fast­paced, dynamic
      environment with platforms that embrace agile software development ●
      Excellent communication and presentation skills ● Demonstrated project
      management and time management skills, with the ability to work
on multiple
      projects simultaneously under tight deadlines and manage expectations of
      all stakeholders
      - Principal SW Engineer
      - Minimum 7 years software engineering experience ● Experience with
      large scale systems and high­performance engineering ● Familiarity with
      NoSQL data stores like Cassandra, Elasticsearch, Redis, and Memcache ●
      Strong verbal and communication skills ● BS, MS, or equivalent
experience ●
      Experience wit GIT version control
      - Senior Information Technology Director
      -  8+ years of relevant experience in Information Technology –
      preferably in a variety of roles and organizations. ● 5+ years of
      experience leading technical implementation and support teams. ● An
      independent drive: If you don’t know how to do something, you
consider it a
      challenge to try and seek out ways to find a solution. ● A deep
      understanding and implementation of IT frameworks (ITIL, ISO, Lean). ● A
      strong knowledge of LAN/WAN IP networking and routing, configuration
      management, server virtualization, endpoint automation, IT security
      technologies, Windows, MAC and data management. ● Experience building
      highly­available high­performance corporate networks for VoIP and
      videoconferencing. ● Experience with vendor negotiation and budgeting ●
      Fluency in one or more IT­relevant software development languages. ●
      Familiarity with managing multiple SaaS productivity systems
such as Google
      Apps, Office 365, Box, Salesforce and DocuSign. ● Strong verbal
and written
      communication skills. ● Understanding of management accounting principles.
      - Bonus Requirements:
      - Experience leading agile software development efforts. ● Experience
      in managing global teams. ● Experience in deploying and adopting service
      management/asset management/knowledge management solutions ● Development
      and scripting experience ● Experience managing process and controls in a
      highly­regulated (Sarbanes­Oxley, HIPAA, ISO, PCI­DSS, etc.) environment.
