[nd] Bug: cannot hang up call

Noisedroid build: current Andy build (name?)
SIM Card: AT&T GoPhone prepaid, 510 735 4094

(Andy already knows about this bug, but thought I'd mention it in case
anyone had ideas on how to fix.)

Behavior observed: I made a phone call. I attempted to end the phone
call in two different ways

1) press the red "hang up" button
2) hit menu then touch "end call"

The call did not end.

Behavior expected: the call should end and the phone should hang up.

Workaround: reboot phone with three-finger salute to terminate call.
