[Policy-Wonks] utopian bylaws

Hey folks,

The policy wonks group is taking on revising our bylaws to reflect our
goals as an organization. I remember a legend of some excellent
utopian bylaws that were created before a lawyer told us to go with
boilerplate non-profit bylaws. Is there a copy of the utopian bylaws
somewhere so we have something to start from?
