[Python] Noisebridge Python Class - Higher Order Functions

Hey folks,

We're back for another Python Class on Monday - bring your laptops, a
Python shell, and your curiosity for some interesting applications of
functions in Python.

Topic: Higher Order Functions
When: Monday, February 12th, 7pm
Where: Church Classroom

Higher Order Functions are like the normal 'def' functions we're used to in
Python, but they can operate on (or return) other functions.  We'll find
out why that can be useful and how to use them.
