[Rack] dnsmasq restarted on r00ter

I've found it wedged a few times as well, or sometimes relaying requests
properly, but not replying to requests to resolve names under .noise
that are in the /etc/hosts file.

Maybe there is some better software we could consider. ISC BIND? djbdns?
