[Rack] new: horsy attached monitor for dual display

I had an extra 17" flatpanel that I wasn't using.
I am loaning it indefinately to noisebridge.
I've already hooked it up directly above horsy.

The idea is that if somebody wants to test something or play an mp3 or 
something like that, they won't need to know about vnc or lower the 
projector screen and start the projector to do all that.

i used the nvidia utility in gnome to update the /etc/X11/xorg.conf .
I've tested it and it works fine.

The only issue I couldn't fix was that I think the monitor should be the 
primary display and not the projector.
Right now, the projector is display 0 and the monitor is display 1.
The nvidia utility wouldn't let me change the display order.
Maybe somebody could fix that.
