[Rack] Monkeybrains Router

Last night I setup one of the net4501 soekris boxes with OpenBSD, so it
can act as a separate router.

This way, we can direct specific clients (or everybody!) out one network
path or the other by modifying the dhcpd config on r00ter.

If the monkeybrains link terminates on r00ter, the routing is kinda
all-or-nothing if we're just modifying the routing.

I still need to find another 12v wall wart for it though.

It's sitting on top of the current r00ter.
