[Rack] Asterisk restarted

Someone called and immediately got voicemail on the new SIP line, so I
had a look and found out that 1) there is voicemail, 2) there is no
useful greeting for it, and 3) asterisk wasn't registering with the
SIP provider which is why callers were getting voicemail in the first
place.

I restarted asterisk on pony and now it rings for 30 seconds instead
of going straight to voicemail, but after about 30 seconds something
picks up and I get silence and the asterisk process doesn't seem to be
generating any syscalls.
