[Rack] Sonic fusion promotional pricing

We're currently paying $100/mo right now.

I have no details on the actual account we have, however.  I only see
it on our bank account statement each month.

I won't take any position on increasing the service.  However, I will
advise that at present, Noisebridge is pulling in sufficient funds on
a monthly basis that an additional $60 will not put us in the red.
