[Rack] Noisebridge repo and bug tracking

Hi, this email is being sent to the rack list because there is more of a
concentrated focus of people here who would actually use such a thing,
and less of the folks who'd have many things to say about such a thing.
I would highly appreciate it that if you think of someone who is on
another list (such as Noisebridge-Discuss) that might find this thread
useful, to invite them to join the Rack list instead of CCing other lists.

So the touch panel web project has turned into something that I feel
needs version tracking. Ian made some (comical) changes to it, and
though I gave him lip for using Comic Sans (get it, comical!), I'm
totally cool with him and others adding/changing things to it. Since the
last time I touched the site it seems like CSS for some things has
become broken. I'm fairly sure this was inadvertently my doing with
making live edits on pony via sshfs, but none the less it got kind of
fucked and I want to unfuck it and don't have any previous copies that I
know work fine.

I wanted to setup a Mercurial repo for the panel project. Then I
realized it would be smart to include in php from the gate site too, and
the scripts on pony, and why not even Nil's bootload image. I'm not
exactly sure what the best way to do all this is.

Additionally, I think having a clean, simple, easy to use bug tracker
would be nice but not something we would totally find helpful right now.
I think thinking about it now is good.

Advice? Also would there be any other projects we should think about
version control on? Configs on r00ter and gorilla?
