[Rack] toooooo many racks, still

    what i'm asking is that you let me know in advance 
of your taking action, enough in advance that i have a 
chance to take action of some preferred kind. the 
result in the space will be the same, but there's a 
good chance that my action will also have a good result 
for some people separate from the issue of the space. 
    note that my emails to this thread always generate 
a bounce-backl from j at hug.gs as refused by host. if 
possible, please let dr j know of my efforts.
