[Rack] worked on horsy a bit today

Various stuff had got disconnected, and things like Xwindows and VNC
weren't working. I want to see if we can get it back as a general, wired-up
A/V unit.

I also ordered an extreeeemely long VGA cable and a USB/cat5 connector to
see if either this or something on the wall of tubes could drive the front
touchscreen.
