Fair enough.  We can keep those conversations on the main discuss list
unless it seems to be creating a problem of too much noise for uninterested
nb-discuss subscribers.

A question though, then what is the logic for having a separate 'build'
lists?  Building out the space surely affects all of the NB community, but
there is a list for those interested specifically for that topic.  Similar
note could be made for this 'rack' list.  What is the litmus test for when a
new list should be created?
