    can we, the linux study group, play, too? 
john suggested we ask for something we can use 
to learn the cisco command set. daniel m. knows 
it and is willing to teach us. 
    it would be nice to learn the rudiments of 
SAN management, too, but i've only got a tiny 
bit of experience with SANsurfer, don't know 
anything about NetApp SAN manager software.
