[Rack] I humbly request the creation of a new "Consensus" mailing list.

Thanks for that.

We'll table it for now and discuss at next meeting if people would prefer a
separate list or they are fine digging through nb-discuss for messages
related to the meetups to discuss the Consensus process.

If we do request such a list down the road, I'd prefer it to be mailman
(rather than Google groups) to decrease the barrier to join it.  I suspect a
name other than simply Consensus would be a good idea based on the confusion
factor we've discussed on this thread.
