[Rack] mod_ssl reenabled on pony

In the squeeze upgrade on pony, someone disabled apache's ssl module,
which broke the SSLProxyEngine nosebridge.net was using. I'm not sure
why it was disabled, but I suspect it might have been because the
squeeze version of ports.conf tries to listen on port 443 if mod_ssl is
loaded and tor is already listening on 443. So, I commented out the
"Listen 443" line in ports.conf, and everything seems to work.
