[Rack] 10 thin client terminals - specs? purpose?

I can think of a bunch of purposes.

Public terminals for people who don't have their own computer, with them or
period.
Workspaces where people can pick up a programming book off the shelf and
learn to code on the spot.
A medium to demonstrate cool visuals spanning multiple screens.
A fantastic supplement to the programming workshops.
A way to view 10 porno videos at once.
