[Rack] cleaning up the "server room" WARNING

    last weekend, on Cleany Fixy Tidy day, I went 
in to the "server room" and added a shelf to the 
storage shelf. 

WARNING
    i think i'm gonna do more in there, and one 
thing will be to clear off all machines and other 
stuff that's on the floor so that people can walk 
in there and get stuff, including fluorescent 
bulbs, which are behind susan the rack. 
    if you know who cares about the stuff that's 
on the floor, let them know i'll be moving it.
