[Rack] captcha

Is it time to implement an effective captcha-like step for wiki registration
at https://noisebridge.net/wiki/ ?
Current bots are registering with linkspam in user:spambot pages.

About 20 accounts registered over the last day, which is (currently)
managable by hand but easily prevented with whatever the lastest form of
kaptcha is.

Any suggestions?
