    yes and no. the proposal is just for electrical 
power and some space in the rack. no security, no 
internet access required from noisebridge--tenants 
would take care of that and maybe share internet 
access (bandwidth). 
    one way to think of it is as if someone wants 
to use a laser cutter or table saw or some such 
and wants to make good for the cost of power, 
merge that idea with that of a member shelf.
