[Rack] Door Computer down?

It's been down for 24+ hours. I last power cycled it twice, 19 hours ago -
and again an hour ago.

It's just that now I've got time and its sufficiently irritating enough to
actually work on the problem.
The screen itself is shorted out somehow, but this apparently is a separate
issue.

With another LCD attached, it stops at the DHCP request line, "DHCP [Device
ID for network card]"

The network cable is plugged in.
