[Rack] can you create mailing list: Japan help/report

Hi to All!
Is it possible to create a mailing list under Noisebridge, especially  for the 
Japan project? I need to communicate with people quickly and  separate mailing 
list would be great! 


Please let me know if you can do one, I'm looking for a list owner, any ideas?

List owner: not me, I'll be in the field, so please someone volunteer
Description: direct disaster response for Japan - work and study by Noisebridge 
members
