The current plan is to install the big rack downstairs.  I'm still
negotiating with the landlord over what the rent would be, and he's
still trying to get some numbers to figure out how much he wants.
I'll poke him again today.

I forgot about the smaller rack.  I think some of the machines which
came in with a recent donation might have compatible rails for it.  If
that's true, I'll see if we can put that downstairs too.  Otherwise I
can't think of a use for it.
