It's turned on. The phone number is 415 800 6786.  I wired up a modem
to the ops machine, so if you call that number the ops machine will
give you a login prompt.  It's capable of autodetecting PPP but the
authentication system isn't set up so that won't work.

Sonic says this should save us a little money every month.  That said,
it's $0.01 / minute to dial out and free for incoming calls, so please
don't wire phones to the circuit so random people can spend money on
phone calls.
