[Rack] Monkeybrains link is piss slow

Seems like everything is fail overing to the MB link. I've cycled both
Gorilla and the AP. Gorilla didn't do much but cycling the AP I was able
to get decent ping times for about a minute then it feels like the link
got saturated again somehow.

I've been running tcpdump on Gorilla, don't really see anything super
horrible, but I'm no expert.
